I don’t know if he’s a mallard hybrid, a domestic duck got loose or what, but there were two of them where I was today. at Lincoln Park in Port Angeles, WA

the winter birds are coming back.  Its fun to watch, but I’m going to miss summer big time!

I love how many different birds are in here, Heerman’s gulls, Glaucus-wing gulls, several kinds of scoters, and I *think* female Harlequin, but I’m undetermined on that still.
