We headed to the beach late this afternoon when the sun finally broke out of the clouds. And I was finally *not* crampy.
It was very pretty. We just went to one of the three close beaches, but enjoyed ourselves immensely. I found about 30 agates or so, one very pretty red one, and one huge one.
Once upon a time I thought agates were just yellowish, but now I'm realizing there are many kinds (though not necessarily around here)
I currently have black ones, yellow ones, and white ones.
Several of my loonies decided to swim.
The ocean water here averages year around about 42 degrees. Its NOT warm.
That loonie noodle was under the water many times, and yes she only has one shoe on, the other one is currently living somewhere in the ocean. It washed off during one of the waves, and never came back up.

BRRRRR!!! green lake is like swiming in bath water! I remember I used to dive in the cold water like that... just can't do it anymore.
She is really growing up fast. When you started posting she was a child now she is a young lady. Thanks for the nw fix.
