Bumping up for the third time
BRIEF STRESS MANAGEMENT VISUALIZATION:
Picture yourself near a stream. Birds are singing in the crisp, cool mountain air. Nothing can bother you here, No one knows the location of this secret place. You are in total seclusion from that place called the "real world."
The soothing sounds of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a
cascade of serenity. Now you can feel the gentle, cooling mist on your skin. You are looking down into the water. You are at the edge of a mirror perfect pool It feels cool on your arms and hands. It is crystal clear.You look down into the depths. Now you can easily make out the face of the person who's head you are holding under the water. There now, don't you find yourself feeling better already?
I'm sorry but this always makes me laugh and I really needed that

Can you tell I have a major case of PMS???
well I would hold his face under the water but then who would finish my house for me? Oh well, I'm pretty sure he is the one PMS ing not me but you'd never convince him of that!
