the floor and my rug
I'm still thinking on my rug. I really like it, but I'm thinking it should maybe be a bit bigger. I have a teensy bit more fabric in shades of blue, but not very much. Not enough to make even one round which is why I stopped where I did. It was definitely a fun project, and one that came together quick since I started it last Saturday, and its now almost 6 long by four feet wide! LOL

It looks very nice....the dog was a nice touch. lol
The uniforms are really cute. Good for you for getting a sponsor and a place to practice. You will do fine.
Glad the time with your family went well.
beautiful floor and rug!
It looks so pretty. I envy you being able to sit and look out of that window.
Your dog is as big as Damon wanted our dog to be, instead ours is about 4 times bigger. Opps.
Ryc: oh no, poor fish! I dont think they would have liked the tempreture in the hot tub.
I was considering frogs, but I think someone in our bakyard would like to eat them and everyone keeps telling me they croak lots and are noisy.
The rug looks great and so does the floor...
nice job on the floor and the rug - they both look great!!!
I love your rug and your floor!
The rug is beautiful! Did you say you crotched it? Did you just use a super large crochet hook? I bet you'll love your tile floor except for the grout. If you ever do another tile floor I know you will do like we did though and use the smallest grout spacers you can find and the darkest, mud colored grout (sigh). I wish I could have warned you ahead of time about that. I really hate trying to clean the grout lines. It sure is pretty tile though! I love the square cut natural slate. We used it in our bathroom in Joyce right before we sold it. Its such nice colors.
@KarlaandSuperMedic - its fabric strips that I ripped into 3 inch lengths, and then just crocheted single crochet with the super fat needle, the one that's as fat as the big knitting needles you like. I'm not super worried about the grout. Its a mud room. It can just become the color of dirt. LOL
