• On a lighter note

  On a lighter note...

  Yesterday was our grocery shopping day.  The kids always help me unload the grocerys.  WE loaded up some, and then had to wait until the checker got those unloaded.  Each of the kids was holding a big bag of fruit, Rainee was holding a cantalope.  Kids being kids they quickly got bored.  So they started pretending the fruit they were holding was their baby.  "Oh my baby."  They'd say while rocking it just like you would a slightly fussy baby.  I was trying not to laugh.  And then Rainee one ups it.  She rocks the cantalope and says.  "Oh my precious baby...oh my baby...my family's gonna crack your head open and eat you...and I'm gonna join them."
