Photo Challenge Textures
This weeks photo Challenge is Textures. The first is seaweed and a fossil Kaylin found last weekend
A mossy maple branch. I just want to pet it it looks so soft.
The first of the fall leaves on the grass. Can't you feel the crunchy dry amongst the soft weeds?

Moss on some beach rocks. We grow moss well here.

It's almost as if you live in my neck of the woods. Moss is our best friend, too.
Slimy seaweed...let me guess, you probably won't be trying Wakame, a type of seawood, used in Japanese salads anytime soon!
your photos are gorgeous...as usual...you certainly have a knack for taking them...i'm not sure which i enjoy most...the ones of nature or the ones of the kids...those smiling faces always make me smile right back at them when i put them on the screen like they can see me doing it...
sorry to read that there are so many troubles in your life at the moment...i'll keep praying for you and your family...i'm not there to say by seeing it but just by reading it it seems that your blessings far outweigh your weights...just remember...god says to give it all to him...

These are all wonderful and can be used for backgrounding or framing in graphics. It's amazing how many things available for photographing can be used as compliments. I really like both of the moss photos.
And when that seaweed brushes against you when you're in the water...talk about jump! Nice job with the topic.
