Semi Home-Made
I made the most scrumptious lunch today. Its a take-off on a recipe a friend told me over the phone. Its semi-home made, and quite nummy.
2 boxes of premade dressing. (Prepare as directions on box) Spread on the bottom of a 9x13 cassarole dish.
2 cooked chicken breasts chopped up sprinkle over the top of the stuffing.
1 can of corn. (could be frozen I just have a lot of canned)
1 can of mushrooms. (I'm sure fresh would be better, but hey this is a lazy meal)
1/3 of a cup of chopped onions.
1 family size cream of mushroom soup. (or 2 small cans) Spread over the top of everything.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheeze.
Cook at 350 until warm through. (cheeze is melted)
MMMMMMMMMMM!
And totally a lazy meal to make. LOL

the recipe sounds really yummy - how many does it serve? i might try this on my family this weekend!
Yum I have been wondering what to do with those cooked and cubed chicken breasts in the freezer. Now I know!
I just realized -- stuffing! Right? Stove Top? I was confused about "dressing" and was thinking salad dressing. LOL I've done a similar recipe I got from Sena's Omma -- it's a crockpot one.
Sounds delicious.
