• Saurkraut soup

  I woke up this morning feeling like CRAP.  But found a teensy burst of energy which I used to supervise cleaning of the van.  Its as clean as it can get without a vaccuum cleaner.

  I even cleaned out the piece of purple slate that's been under my seat sincee two vacations ago.  (don't ask)

  After the cleaning I re-organized our tapes.  We have a ton of them missing which just exasperates me.  But the ones that aren't are now in their proper homes.  Most of them are Adventure in Odyssey tapes.  Its something to help the miles go by. 

  And now I'm going to sit down to a lovely bowl of saurkraut soup.  It smells soooooo good, and sounded good on a cough.

  If you hate saurkraut, don't panic.  This soup is superb, and tastes nothing like saurkraut, its just a very flavorful tart soup.

  I put the recipe up once a long time ago, but if anyone's intrested I can share it again.
