    My mom reading to Jeremiah on Jamari's birthday.  I edited it today with a couple things on psp.  I think it turned out quite nice.

    Moments of winter beauty.  The sun shining through my alder trees.  My dad finally cruised them he told me in ten years they'll be worth 40,000.  So I guess we'll continue to refer to them as our college fund.  *grin*

    Long, busy hectic, crazy week.  But I managed to obey 2 out of GrannyDee's 3 concerns.  I took pictures.  Of course I had to pulll over into a pull-out on the way to Awana, or errands.  But I still took them.  And I scrapbooked---while waiting for kids to get out of Awana.  Its referred to in mommy-hood as multi-tasking.  *snigger*

    But mostly this week I was a mommy who juggled lots of things.  Wednesday I sold our first puppy.  (my favorite one went first--go figure).  But it went to a very good friend.  So it's gonna be loved.  I sold a second one today.  Two more to go, and I only put the add in on Wednesday.

    So details;

    Sunday was Jamari's birthday.  He was properly spoiled, and thoroughly enjoyed himself.  And now he's a big six years old.

    Doesn't he look handsome in his birthday clothes?

    Playing with his horses and carriages I found for him on ebay.

    And the very important birthday cake--aka mud pie.  MMMM!

    And some nice quality time spent playing by the river enjoying the beauty of a sunny but cold Sunday.

    The week has been terribly long, with several insane adventures.   Todays was chasing the llama off the highway 5x.   He decided about 3 weeks ago that fences are something to be laughed at.

    He got the last laugh, as he's now in my dad's freezer.   Gotta love living on a farm.

    It has been a good week, and I've done well.  I've just not had the time to get online.  It was the thing that had to go in order to get everything done.  Ya know homeschool, housework, laundry, kid chauffering, time with hubby.  And time to watch the moon rise and the sunset all at once.
