Early morning suprises
Achi our chihuahua gave birth to five little hamsters. Okay there puppies, but they are the size of hamsters. ITSY 2 black, 2 white and one brown. They are adorable. And Achi seems to be handling them like a pro. I've rescued a couple from underneath her a couple times, but other then that she keeps washing them and loving them.
Two of them were born on Jamari's bed, and then the other three in the girls closet. The girls got to watch several of them come out. And we are having some highly amusing conversations as a result. Kaylin thinks its disgusting. And she apparnently gagged when she saw the green sack the baby came out in.
Mommy just snickered.
Kaylin says. "At least we weren't born like that.
Well....it was quite similar. Only you didn't have meconium, that's poop.
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW the girls all ran from the room. And I just laughed, and laughed, and laughed.
What a superb science lesson today. And yes, I have pictures, but there not up yet, as my batterys died and need to be charged.

Merry Christmas!!
LOL, congratulations! Does this make you a grandogma or something?? Yes, it is a great science lesson and when you have that 'farm' environment in the homeschool, you don't have to try to hard to teach such from books. Hope you get to take some pics... and I don't guess they will be ready for giving as Christmas preZZies, hehe!
