• I have a toothache from hell I've had it for over 24-hours.  If you pray, please pray that I can get it stopped.  I am on an antibiotic...which should kick in eventually, but in the meantime I haven't slept in 24 hours....for more then five minutes. 

  
  

  We're supposed to leave for vacation tomorrow, and its not looking good.
