Good morning
Yesterday after I got online we got in the car to get my pop, and I told Rob I wanted him to drive until he found sunshine. His comment was, "Don't tempt me."
Instead after getting the pop we discussed options and decided to head for Rialto. As we headed in the general direction it started raining. We got almost to the cut-off I said "why don't we try the Farmers Markest instead." Rob was game so we headed to Forks.
We drove around in circles for a bit trying to find it, eventually found out where it was...and their was nobody there. Its well advertised, so we still don't know what was up with that. ROFL. But while we were wandering I finally found the scrapbooking store I'd been told was there. Its actually a florist, and nicnac store but I'd been told they had a nice scrapbooking section. Since we couldn't do the farmers market Rob sat in the car with the kiddos and I checked it out. They had a nice little selection, and some of the stuff came home with me. *snicker*
At this point the kiddos had been stuck in the car for almost an hour, and the rain had completely disappeared--though still overcast. I suggested we go to Tillamak park, and let them get out. It was quite lovely. Rob was a hoot, he played on all the playground equipment just like the kids, and came over to me huffing and puffing like he'd run one of his marathons. I laughed at him, and told him it appeared he wasn't 8 years old any more. *snicker*
After a nice long time at the park we headed home and just bummed around the house. Rob built the kids the first level of their treehouse--sorry don't have pictures yet. And swept out the garage, and pulled the staples out of the floor in the bedroom. We were just relaxed and did what we want, and stopped when we didn't. It ended up being a nice day...even if it was foggy and groggy. LOL
And this was taken at the park. Rob collapsed on the ground exhausted after showing me how to play on the equipment, and the kids of course couldn't resist the perfect opportunity.
Dog Pile on DADDY!
