Rainydame's Xanga Site

This weeks photo challenge is birds. I've never done well with taking pictures of birds--they move too fast, and I'm never ready. I did have a really superb one of a bird that visited our feeder all last summer, but its on the other computer, and I so can't find it on the disks. *growl*

I was at the beach this morning however knowing what the topic was, and took this

I rather like it as it sums up the freedom of birds, and my envy of watching them up their soaring in the wind.

More seagulls!.....they make the most of their freedom, I love to watch them! I counted 18 of them on the rooftops outside earlier
