  • Long weekend, but ended up being quite nice.

First Chronicles of Narnia was delightful.  Thoroughly enjoyed
it.   Also enjoyed being away from the kiddos.  *snicker*

Got the kids Christmas shopping done.   They each buy
something for each other at the dollar store.  It went very
smoothly (amazingly)   And we got home about 7 in the evening
    after being gone all day.

Up Sunday and outa the house by 8:30 for SS program rehearsal and
church.  back home for a couple hours and back to church for the
    program.

The program was short, but well done.   It of course had its
unique funnys.  On the top of *my* list was my niece Andria who is
    9.   She was "Mary"  and she picked up baby Jesus by his
foot and flung him into the manger thwamping his head hard.  So
good it was a doll.  *snigger*  Her mom and I cringed and
    giggled really hard.

Samuel was his usuall unhelpful self.   And for the last 3
songs said "O MAN!"   when he heard they had to stand and
sing another.   *sigh*  Not the best timing brother boy.

And Rainee was just a delight.   She had to ring a bell her
and one other little girl.  (ironically also a niece)
She rang that bell for all it was worth HARD.   And big big
grin from ear to ear.  Too cute.

Our Christmas was the Hallelujah HoDown.   So they were all
in cowboy gear it went with this years SS theme.   And it was
all hysterical.    The cowboys got "mad" when they had
to guide sheep.   *snigger*    These are three
cow-pokes here.  my two sons and my nephew.   It took me
8 tries to get all three looking at me.   All the others has
someone with a hat over their eyes, a different someone each
    time.

I'm supposed to be doing school so I'll only share one more for
now.   And that's Rainee earnestly ringing her
bell.   It was absolutely seeeeeeeeeerious business let me
tell you.   And she did it with a gusto.  No shyness for
    her.

Kaylin she did the shyness.  It was scarey to be in a
program.    Mommy sat on the first pew about 3 feet away
from her and it was still scarey.    But she didn't cry
like she did in rehearsal.    "Every time I got scared I
put my head down and prayed mommy."   I'm thinking that her
SAD has kicked in for the year.  *sigh*   So on my list
is to get a sun light.    She was just weepy all day
yesterday.      And winter has only begun.

Anyhow those are two for fun.   I had something else happen
this weekend that wasn't so good.   And I can't decide how to
handle.   I think however I can't share it
online.    As its not pretty.   I'm struggling
and praying as to *now* what.   I may make a protected blog,
I'm not sure.     But I know I'll make it a
seperate entry if/when I decide how to handle it.
