  • Aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

    The buyer's lender somehow flaked and locked in the intrest rate for
    the loan until tomorrow.   The buyer *has* to close tomorrow
    or loose the loan.

    So...we said yes.

    Which means we have two weeks to move out by tomorrow.

    Of course...we don't know if our loan has gone through yet, won't until tomorrow.   *snicker* 
    We could end up homeless.

    I actually don't see that happening.  The *worst* they could
    require is us to put a roof on the new house.   We are quite
    willing to do that.

    We have a HUGE equity deposit.  Its all a formality at this point.     We hope.

    Anyhow apparently we're moving...Friday.

    Okay, I'll be good now.

    Maybe.  Jen's turn is coming ....soooner too.
