  But in the end of the day the counter-offer we proposed was accepted.   IF the people back-out now they loose $5,000...

  
  

  It of course is contigent on this house passing a bank's appraisal....so a few more days of limbo.

  
  

  I don't do limbo well.

  
  

  And yes I'm well aware how quickly this has moved and I haven't been in limbo long.   But I'm still whiney.  *eg*

  
  

  Mostly I'm just exhausted. It was a LONG day.
