Good morning

Well yesterday got...crappier. Pun intended. Rainee threw up about 3x. Including all the antibiotics. The expensive antiobiotics.
Sooooo we had to call the doctor again as ordered. And we went back to the doctor. Different doc as it was just slightly after hours. I think I've almost seen all of them in the last three weeks.
He asked minimal questions. Rechecked Rainee's very looked at ears (and joked that he knew they'd been well examined) Rainee had *just* thrown up about 2 blocks from the clinic. So we knew she was feeling icky.
He offered to let us go home and try to give them to her again. (Yeah 20 minutes one way to have her puke I don't fink so) So instead we gave her an antibiotic shot. It's a rather nasty one. But Rainee was brave. After that we went and got the ear drop pain drugs from the pharmacy and whizzed to Awana.
Awana. I had to do that cause it was Awards night for Kaylin. She's been talking about it for 4 months. So Rob and I took turns sitting in the car with Rainee and watching the awards. I watched her get her awards, and then daddy stayed for games etc while I headed home with Rainee.
The ear drop drugs...oh their lovely. Rainee had her first full nights sleep in umm 3 weeks. Wow, such a concept. We are still going to give the other antibiotics just in case theirs a possible bug lingering in her system.
She has eaten no solid food yet. But she has kept liquids down. If she pukes...we have to go back in. So...I'm not precisely in a hurry to push solids. I'll let her pace herself. She has nursed several times and kept that down. Man...I'm glad she still nurses. At least she's avoiding the whole i.v. in the hospital thing. And amazingly the pediatricians have taken it in stride.....still rather shocked by that...the nursing I mean not the bug.
Breathes. Poor Jeremiah. He has been ditched a lot recently. My goal is to nurse him a ton today...and just snuggle him. If..I can. He's been nursing almost constantly all night. Its because he's rarely getting it in the day time. I have got to get him back on a day time schedule...in amongst everything else I need to do.

We ain't discussing Mt. Laundry. Its being washed, and dryed. But wow is it tall in its unfolded state. If Rainee manages to stay healthy...I might get there.
But probably not today. We shall see.

Poor girl! I was going to ask if they would just give her a shot. Yes, the ear drops that numb the ear are WONDERFUL!!! Hoping she doesnt need tubes
