  • peers in...

    yup its the web.

And it was only 3.5 days offline.  *woo hoo*

Now...to delete much junk e-mail and play catch up.

*waves* to all and shares poopy diapys around.  ROFL

  • went for my walk and found my equilibrium.   I'd rather missed it today.    It was rather nice to see it back.    And *yeah* for me...I'm walking 1.4 miles now.  *woo hoo*

On a lighter note we took the kids to town with us to pick up the upgrade of Norton.   Two of the munchies in the back were fighting/whining.

"Whats wrong?"  I asked.   Sam (who for once wasn't involved)  said.  "World War II"

I started giggling...cause yup that was wrong.

And then said.  "No, whats wrong?"  meaning to the kids who were whining.

Sam said.  "Jonah getting swallowed by a big fishy."

I rather gave up then.   And enjoyed a good belly laugh.

  • well its not fixed.  I will be taking the tower to a computer techy tomorrow.  And will be offline probably a week.

The real question is HOW will I survive???????

If it looks like it will be longer then that we have money saved up for a new computer and we'll be getting it ASAP.

I have the problem narrowed down.   And I'd love to uninstall Norton....

it won't let me.     The computer crashes each time.

We went and upgraded Norton to '05...but doesn't do us any good until we can get the old one off.

Definitely out of my league.  *sigh*

I guess theirs another lesson I'm supposed to be learning here.

Wish I could learn it fast!

    Tonia

  • paging all computer geeks.   I have sumfin' wrong with my computer.  *help*

I can't update Norton...it crashes.   I try to run adware...it crashes.  I tried to run pestpatrol it gets so far and crashes.

Each time I get this error.

    VMM (12) + 00004C3C Error: 0E:0028 C0283C

    Any other suggestions??

I deleted my cookies, and tried to delete my temporary internet folders...got the same error.

Sense the recurring theme?  I'm rather tired of rebooting my computer.   I made very sure and careful that ALL my pictures are saved on cd's yesterday....cause it appears that dying is rather in mind.

    Soooooo HELP?

  • *gah*  Typed half a blog and got disconnected.   Now I can't get my pictures to take.  Its just been that kind of morning.

First picture I'm *hoping* to share is of a barn I took on one of my walks.  This was my Saturday walk.   I have three directions I can walk from my house...actually five, but two of them are toooooo steep right now.   Anyhow this is rapidly becoming my favorite direction.   This is a beautiful old barn thats kept up sooo well.  And in the very background the deeper blue is the strait.   I love the fact that I live on a mountain that can see the ocean.

This is Rainee's last visit to Childrens.  Her official last visit.  I still can't believe Dr Rosenfeld cleared her and she doesn't have to go back.   If you had told me this a year ago I would have laughed hysterically in  your face.   It doesn't mean she's healthy.  We have her on four meds daily to keep her breathing.  But it does mean she's stable, and hasn't had a med change in a long  time.   This is amazing to me.    And a true miracle.

Definitely an amazing answer to many, many prayers.

I am on a scrapbooking binge and just flying through Rainee's baby book.  So much I ran out of pictures that I had developed.  So ordered 57 more online last night.  That should keep me busy.  *snickers*  I've been ordering from Shutterfly for several years, but recently switched my loyalties to Snapfish.    Their developing is *only* .19 for a 4x6.   ten cents cheaper.  I put two of the exact same pictures beside each other and couldn't tell the difference in developing.  If anybodys intrested in trying them give me a holler...and I'll give you a referral which gives me a couple free pictures.  *eg*

And one last goofy picture.  These metal sculptures are at the university village.   My kids love to play with them.

Todays another gorgeous day.  Although freezing cold.  I think I might bundle Jeremiah up and go join the rest of the kiddos outside in it.

  • Good morning

Opened up xanga to blog last night and got exasperated due to it not letting me put in pictures.    I still don't know why.  Its letting me do it this morning.

ITs been a busy busy weekend.

Highlights were doctors apointment.  It went well...we don't have to go back.

Yup DON"T have to.  *cheers*  She said if we lived closer we would still come, but she doesn't see that she's doing anything Dr Weller isn't.   *cheers*  Dr. Weller was trained by her once upon a time after all.    So no more doctors runs to Childrens. more cheers

After that we headed to go home only choose to drive around so we could go through Federal Way where we used to live.   We stopped and played at what was our favorite beach when we lived there.   Rob asked for the camera and took this......

It was a beautiful day.  Mt Rainier was showing and Mt Baker when we were in that direction.     We played muchly and didn't get home until 8 pm.

One of our stops was  Toys R Us for a new jogger/bike trailer as one of ours died.      This of course meant we had to break it in.  *giggles*

So Saturday unfortunately was full of purchasing our new mattress, and bedding for it.    Its being delivered this morning.     We also stopped and let the kids run around the park for awhile.  The day was just too gorgeous not to.

Saturday night was daddy and mommy at my bil's birthday party.

Sunday we loaded up all the bikes, bike trailers and went for our first bike ride in a LONG time.   It was fun.   We went about a mile and a half (Sam and Zeria biking)  the rest riding.    No pictures as my camera inadvertantly got unloaded from the van (growls)

This morning has been spent in moving our old mattress up to the girls room....where we shrieked at the pig sty it was currently in.  So for the last hour I've been de-dunging it.  *growls*

Of course now the downstairs looks like tornado hit it...and my bedroom looks denuded.    Oh well soon I'll have a purdy new bed.   Not a new comforter as we already have a kingsize, but new sheets, dust ruffle etc.  *grin*  Definitely will have to take a picture when its all decorated up.

And thats the weekend in a very brief nutshell.

  • Evening

Quiet day.   Spent most of it off-line waiting for the delivery guy to call.

When he did he wanted to know if he could bring the stove tomorrow instead.

This after paying him $100 to deliver it.  I oh-so-said NOT!  LOL

So we have a shiny new kitchen stove.  It just somehow looks too fancy for this house.....

Kids were very impressed by it.

Went for my walk today and took the family with me.  They really enjoyed it.   And kept up except for the last 300 feet or so, when Kaylin and Jamari both fell.   At least they saved it until then.     Jamari got to ride in the wagon with Rainee, and Kaylin just had to hold mommys hand.

Rob commented.  "I know now, why you've been walking by yourself."  hehehehehehehehe

Headed to Seattle with the whole clan to take Rainee to her pulmonologist appointment.     Hopefully we'll find something fun to do as well.   We shall see.

If it were just Rob and I...I'd love to go to Pike's Place.  But there's no way I'd take all six.     We shall see.

  • Wooooooo money leaving this house fast.   Went and picked out a nice new cook stove.  A glass top Maytag.  It will be delivered tomorrow.

Rainee LOVES the new sink....I'm sure she thinks we got it fixed just for her.   I'm really NOT looking forward to going into the bathroom 'cause she's been playing in it for an hour.    Its one of those...if I don't look I won't get mad  moments.

Next purchase...the mattress.   Think we'll probably go do that tomorrow.  There's a "possibility"  Rob won't have to work tomorrow.   In which case we definitely will go look.

Friday I have to take Rainee to her 6 month pulmo visit.  Jeremiah being rather attached to me will be going as well.  Daddy will stay home with the others.   Unless I change my mind again.  *giggles*  Part of me would like all of us to go, but that gets spendy, and I know they'd be terribly, terribly bored.  So we shall see.    We actually talked about making a weekend out of it and finding a motel with a indoor swimming pool.    So far we keep talking ourselves out of it, as theres always at least one child who doesn't sleep worth beans and ends up in bed with us.

Its gorgeous outside....and freeeeeeeeezing cold.   If it were a few degrees warmer I'd head to the park again.  Its not, so I'll resist the urge.

Chicken wings for dinner tonight.  MMMM!   Other then that life just goes on.

Yup here comes Rainee...drenched.   Bet my kitchen is too...sent her to go clean it...as well as a two year old can.  LOL

  • okies then its unanimous..I'm nuts, and I took a picture.  *giggles*

    Two even.  ROFL.

Its just sooooooooo nice to have a sink, a working sink.  the mirror in the picture by the way, has ALWAYS been the mirror I looked in.   It was my grandmothers, and my parents when they moved out of her house brought it with them, and then brought it with us to Joyce.   My mom remodeled her bathroom and it wouldn't fit, but refused to get rid of it.   Soooooooo now its mine.  And I would never be willing to remodel around it.    Its part of my history after all.     Its about 2 feet taller then the picture shows and has rounded tops on each individual mirror.

    And a close up...

Okies, so if you actually uploaded my site to see the sink pictures....here's a bonus one.  Zeria took this of me holding the "babies" last week.   Well one baby Jeremiah, and one snuggly Rainee.    This was our day at the park.

I thought she did a wonderful job of it.....better then my husbands picture taking ability.  ROFL

  • YEAAAAAAAAAH!

I have a working bathroom sink.   For the first time in a year.   With a new beautiful faucet even.  I'm so excited I almost took a picture...but then decided you guys would think I'd gone nuts.  ROFL

I may actually relate to those stupid Koehler fixture commercials at the moment.   Soooooooooo  nice.
