  • Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

wait Christmas was last week.    We have a inch and a half of snow...and its 25 degrees F outside.  BRRRRRRR!

The kids have been sledding and snowballing, although its so cold today their just not really intrested in it.  Jamari opened the door to go outside stood there for a minute came back inside and announced.  "It makes my hands cold."  (smart boy)

Jeremiah is rapidly becomming a high maintance baby.  Rob and I are both of the opinion he's much more work then any of our other babies.  He'll help us confirm he's the last.  LOL

I'm so glad he likes the sling, cause otherwise I'd go stir-crazy...oh wait I already am.

Rob is exhausted as he's been sleeping with him every night.  And Jer wakes up every hour 45 to nurse.   He fell apart yesterday grumpy, growling, ornrey.   It is unheard of for him.   And this morning he went back to bed when I got up and slept past his alarm.  Also unheard of.  So I went in to wake him and talked him into taking a sick day.  The marvel was he agreed.  And is now sleeping.  *cheers*  Hopefully my happy husband wakes up.  *LOL*  You know he's tired when he agrees to take a nap.,......he just doesn't nap.

My mom and dad invited us over for dinner Saturday night (just our family)  We haven't done that in a long time.  It appears my mom is starting to adjust to the new things, and maybe back to being my mom again.   It is a relief.

Jer is growing like a weed (which explains his always eatin')  and will be 6 weeks tomorrow...wow that happened quickly.

Other then that life moves on...and we continue to stagger through the newborn exhaustion.

  • Well, 25 is downright balmy for us.  We average in the teens all winter long.  And, the week of Christmas we averaged 5.

You will get through the newborn haze, and wonder what life was before the baby came.

  • Cool picture!  We had our Christmas a few days before...but we still had a little bit of white on the ground Christmas morning...does that count as white Christmas?? LOL

  • There's a book I read when my boys were little called Toddler Taming.  In ti the writer says that he is often asked which child is the most difficult, the first, or middle, or youngest?  HE says it's the last one, because if you have a difficult child on the level he was talkign about you make sure you don't have any mroe!
