  • Good morning.

Its sunny outside.  I like sun.

After I hit submit on this blog I'm headed out into it....and staying there as long as I can get away with it.

Unlike Foxxy's too hot weather.  We just rarely get that way.  Sooooooo I LOOOOVE summer.

Made the arrangements with the lady I'm sharing a meal with at family camp.   Now I just have to go to Costco on payday.  (Thursday)

Family camp is fairly loosely organized.   But thats the way our church functions.   Familys share the cost of providing one  or two meals.  Keeping the cost down bunches.

We will be camping at Camp David Jr. on Lake Crescent.  We will be there Fri-Monday.    I'm very excited about it.  Especially as another mom with "bunches" of kids.  Who doesn't actually go to our church, but does a lot of things with it will be coming.   So my kiddos will have lots of munchi's to play with.

Of course I'm not totally excited it falls the same weekend as DH's marathon.  So he will miss great portions of it.  But as he's been dreaming, obsessing about the wretched thing for over 9 months.  I'll keep my mouth shut...maybe.

I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut.  Are you suprised?? *giggles*

Computer seems to be a contributing factor in contractions.  I can sit here about 30 minutes, and then I have to go lay down.  That's fine.  The boards are slow.  And except for one board which I keep procrastinating on about writing at I'm caught up.   Well that and I started having contractions when I sat down to do it.

    Some day...fortunately the storys slllllllllow.

I'm worried and praying for a friend who had her life altered greatly this weekend.   I wish I understood, I wish I could take away the hurt.  I can't do either.  But I'm praying.  I CAN do that.

If you didn't make it to see Mari's pictures don't forget to come visit.  Their very cute.   And he was just sooooooooo happy.

He made another small step in bonding with me yesterday.  One I was quite tickled with.  He started following me around chatting and "helping".   Each of my kids does this occasionally, touch base, bug mom, and then go play.   Each of them except Mari.   He did yesterday.  I was delighted.

Okies have a new book, thanks to spending some of the SS money, gonna go find a nice shady place to enjoy it.

    Have a great day.
