  • Oh I just made the locksmiths day. 


    He fixed the door in less then five minutes.


    Anybody want to guess what was wrong with it?? Huh? HUH?


    Oh yeah it was a kids fault.


    Bet ya never woulda guessed.


    Snort.


    Apparently theirs this little button thingy on the side of the door that you push.  And it locks the doorknobs shut.


    Some nameless 2 legged critter found it.


    And for $50 and the use of a pocket knife its fixed.


    I have a good husband...but their are many days I wish he was just a wee bit handier. 


    snicker.


    Oh well...he had a good chuckle.....of course he did $50 for 2 minutes work.  I LIKE those wages

  • When the kids were little, Jimmy had a habit of locking the bathroom door and closing it :eek: He did that while on vacation and the hotel couldn't fix it, they had to move us to a better room *snicker*

Oh bless your heart, 50 dollars for 2 minutes work, now don't you think mom's work harder than that?... me too and we get stinky wages oh wait a minute that would be NO wages..lol.  Ty is such a good husband and father, but God bless his hearts he has two left hands, in our 27 years I learned how to do that stuff by myself, and you know God ended up giving me a love of it too as a bonus.  Have a blessed evening.  Love, Cathie Jo

  • I joke with Dh that I get paid pretty well as a housewife--or at least used to :lol: because I got his paycheck to do the bills, etc. and he'd get an allowance. :p
