  Did a bunch of research decided for the time we have that east coast is out.  bummer there.

  
  

  And more research...Mexico is out..cause squirt will be coming with us.  Due to no body being willing to take care of her with her oxy.  (don't blame them there)

  More research....Rob grew up in San Jose.  He loved it..and keeps talking about going back and showing me his haunts.   His parents live in Idaho now..so we've never done it.

  
  

  Success!  We found a nice motel in Santa Cruz... lots of nice beaches...weather will be a crap shoot.    But with Rainee its not exactly like we'll be sunbathing anyhow.

  
  

  And possibly maybe...we might sneak up to Sacramento...but this thought I have to debate with my husband.....  Supposed to be a couples weekend after all.
