The worlds bravest parents...

We just survived taking our kids to the dollar store. Where they each got to spend the $5 their uncle gave them for Christmas.
Its all rather fascinating how much junk they could purchase with $5.....
They were each allowed to get 5 toys. And om that was just the coolest thing in the world!!!!
Zeria bought flashlights, balloons, sunglasses, a dolly, and bubble bath.
Sam bought, guns, guns, airplanes, guns, and guns.
(he's a boy what can I say???)
Kaylin bought balloons, sunglasses, a shovel (about 3 feet tall and plastic, a foam puzzle, and a plastic fishing pole with fishes. (Look mom I caught a fish)
Jamari bought a shovel, a puzzel, balloons, motorcycles, and airplanes.
Rainee had mommy buy her color crayons, letter magnets, bubble bath, a shovel, and umm I forget. *giggles*
It was such a major decision. And Zeria came out saying. "Mommy, this was the best day of my life." all for five dollars.

I set up a reverse baby monitor. Found one cord, and am playing swapsy with another one. I feel much better about Rainee and not hearing the alarm now....
Thanks for the comments yesterday. Things are ever so much better now.

:fun: That sounds like a fun shopping spree! Those things will probably keep them busy all day too
Oh, yay! Glad to hear it!
You are SO brave!
Half the gift is the shopping for the kiddos!
I'm glad you're feeling better, and I'm continuing to pray for Rainee, for you all. (((Big Hugs)))
Oh that would have been so much fun for them!!!
LOL, sounds just like what mine would do in the dollar store.
