My photography sometimes floats into the realm of art. And yesterday I took this picture of a trillium they are normally white, but as they begin to dye they turn purple. This one had been rained on, and well the picture turned out as art. (IMHO
) I am quite proud of it.
We went for a lovely drive yesterday with the rain pouring down, Rainee crying, and Kaylin demonstrating her diahrea of the mouth syndrome. Okay, well the drive itself was kinda pain in the neck. *snicker* But we did end up in a beautiful location.

We went to the Elwha River Valley, and did a short walk to Gibson Falls.
The kiddos loved the Falls, and the short walk. Mari wiped out on the way back down due to running. And then proceeded to have a complete meltdown. SCREAM< SCREAM< SCREAM. He screamed for a good five minutes of our drive after much time spent trying to snuggle him. We finally decided to pull over where I snuggled him again, and this time talked him out of whine. (yeah) Started driving again, and well Rainee began to cry. Okay scream. She screamed the rest of the way home (about 20 minutes). We went inside and said, Okay, well that adventure bombed.

HMMMM, guess xanga's still at a one-a-day picture limit. *sigh* Soooooo enjoy the trillium, and I'll show the others later.

Beautiful picture!!!
I love trillium. This one looks kind of translucent and very art-ish! Sorry about the meltdown. That's one factor of mommying you can never figure!
