  • New clothes apparently are highly overrated.


    I haven't had new Sunday clothes that looked nice and fit me.  For a hugely long time.  So I found two outfits recently at Walmart and was quite pleased.


    I put the first one on for the first time this morning.  Keeping in mind its only 7:47 in the morning.  And well I just ripped it.  *sigh* 


    Kaylin fell off the treadmill (long story)  I bent down to pick her up, put her in my arms and the button caught on something and ripped off leaving a hole where the button was, and not on the button-hole side.


    I guess I didn't need new clothes.


    Can I retire from parenting and life now?

  • Oh boogers. I hate it when that happens.

  • *sigh*  My mum sent me a new blouse.  The first time I put it on, my engagement ring caught on a seam and shredded it.

    So actually I guess I can't blame that on the kids.  But I know how you feel.  Kids seem to mean no nice things for a while
