• Happy birthday Jamari

  
  

  Today is Jamari's birthday.  Its been a weird feeling to celebrate someones first year of life when we've had him such a short time.  The snow is STILL coming down.  So the roads are kinda nasty.  We normally would take a birthday boy to the Olympic Game Farm and see the animals, but today they'd all be hiding.  So we went to McD's playland for breakfast instead.  And my mom & younger siblings will be coming over for bday dinner tonight.  My dad & older sibs may come depending on whether the basketball game is cancelled or not.  (we'll see) 

  
  

  I bought Jamari a very cute birthday outfit.  And we had great plans of taking him to Walmart to get his first professional picture taken.  But as plans go that one went.  The photography studio was closed due to the person running it not being able to get out on the roads.  *sigh*  Soooooo I thought when I get home I'll take a cute picture of him in his birthday outfit.  ROFL  He pulled the nipple out of his bottle and drowned himself.  So well the outfit is getting washed and no cute pictures of Jamari yet.  Gotta love kids.

  
  

  I'm still taking it easy today, so probably won't be on much.  Rob is getting ready to take the kids outside to go sledding, and I think I'm gonna crawl in bed to finish my very interrupted nap.  (long story) 

  
  

  I read everyone's blogs, but was very bad and didn't comment.  Will try to do so tomorrow.   (Sorry Tracie for empty comment box. )

  
  

  Father God, I thank you for allowing us to celebrate Jamari's birthday.  And that we were finally able to bring him home to us.  I thank you that he is finally adjusting and fitting in.  I ask today that the afternoon would go well and I would find the energy to function.  In your sons name, Amen
