• Good morning.  Well yesterday day was a total bomb.  I was so tired and so miserable.  But yesterday evening turned out to be a LOT of fun  

  
  

  My parents had a impromptu labor Day weekend picnic at their house and invited any and all.  About 70 people came.  And it was a LOT of fun.  The kids enjoyed themselves.  Rob got to visit with men (doesn't happen very often due to his work schedule)  And I got to visit none stop with varying women.  It was a pleasant suprise after dragging all day long.

  
  

  Today its back to the lean-to grind.  Rob will be out there framing again.  I will have to do another lumber run (again)  And so on and so forth.  We'll see how this day goes.

  
  

  At least I slept last night, so that makes a BIG difference. 

  
  

  Father God, I ask for your peace today.  For me not to dwell on things I can't fix.  And give you control of my life.  Let me trust you, and rely on you to get the things done that need to be done.  And to let go of those that can't be done. 

  
  

  3 years ago this weekend.  I got my kids.  I can't believe its been so long ago, and yet it seems such a short time ago.

  
  

  Thank you God for the gift of them.  And for bringing them into my life.  Thank you for how much they've grown and changed.  I love them.
